Another quick blog update tonight.

I managed to get some rough flat-colours onto the finished lines of this particular art piece.

I\’m going to try experimenting with some back lighting, so I might lighten it up a touch so it doesn\’t all just come out as one big black darkness when set in the background.

It\’s still a bit rough and ready at the moment, but as I mentioned in a comment on here earlier, slow progress is better than no progress. I\’m enjoying the challenge of larger illustrations again and am planning on trying to push myself a bit more with my art again now that I feel like I have eased myself back into it. Afterall there is no harm in doing some smaller pieces as well as these larger illustrations.
