The last time I drew anything was almost 4 months ago. I\’ve had absolutely no inclination to draw. No impulse to pick up the pencil and get cracking again, but somehow, that is exactly what I ended up doing this morning. I don\’t quite know how I feel about it either. Not the picture in itself, but the process of drawing the sketch. I felt a bit like I was going through the old motions of looking for references, pictures to draw inspiration from and the likes. In a lot of respects it was fun.
I don\’t think I\’ll ever feel like I am in the position to draw \’professionally\’ again or offer commissions, but simple sketches like this that keep the \’draw and design\’ itches at bay again, can certainly be something I enjoy doing.
Also, dipping my toe into the whole \’templar\’ thing again will be good fun!
