Unlike how the title suggests, I know this image isn\’t all that wonderful, but I just wanted to show you that I have some material to work on.

I\’ve only really painted on Canvas before, but I know that canvas wouldn\’t work out so well for what I have in mind for my nature art; things wouldn\’t stick so well to canvas as it would to MDF, so this weekend it was a trip to the local B&Q to pick up some plants and have them cut down to reasonably manageable painting size.

Just got a few more things to get in place and then I can go, go, go, with the creating and painting part of this idea.
